- Customers have 90 days from the date they receive their product to initiate a return.
- To qualify for the money-back guarantee, your must return the product packaging, even if it is empty.
- Each household is valid for the 90-day Money-Back Guarantee once.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
- Future Salad does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
General Return Policy
- Applicable to unopened products: Customers have 30 days from the date they received the product to initiate a return.
- Each household is allowed only one return per calendar year.
- Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged, mis-shipped, or insufficient in quantity.
- Customers must provide proof (e.g., image or video) to validate claims of incorrect or defective items.

Note: Please don’t discard the product before contacting us, as this may affect your return and replacement eligibility.
Processing and Conditions
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Future Salad will process the refund or replacement as needed.
- If the replacement product is of a higher price, the difference must be paid.
- Offers and promotions valid during the original purchase period will not be applied to replacements if they are no longer available.
Order Amendments and Cancellations
- Order amendments or cancellations are not allowed once the order has been confirmed.
Returns Disclaimer
- Purchases made with the intent to resell, without prior authorization from Future Salad, are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to deny return requests for any products identified as intended for unauthorized resale.
