Order Confirmation
Once the order payment is authorized and verified, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once verified, we will begin preparing your order immediately. The confirmed order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Order Processing
All successful orders will be packed and shipped out within the next 2-10 working days. Tracking information will be provided to you via email (Shipping Notification) once your parcel is dispatched out to our courier partner, hence kindly ensure that the registered email is valid, in order to receive this notification.
Shipping Methods
Future Salad works with a number of third party logistic partners internationally. The delivery timeframe advertised is not a 100% guarantee, but is an estimation of shipping duration by our courier partners.
Once the parcel is handed over to our logistic partners, we are not liable for the delivery process and do not take responsibility for the following:
* Do ensure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information, as it cannot be changed after a successful order.
International Orders
International orders are non-refundable and, furthermore, we will not cover the costs of any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages that ship outside of the Hong Kong SAR, China.
Future Salad will not assume the responsibility of paying any additional customs fees that are incurred after payment is made on our website (https://www.futuresalad.com). Any fees due at customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This policy also covers the refusal or abandonment of packages at customs.
NOTE: We are not able to split ship international orders so if you pre-order products, your entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is in stock.
If you choose to place your international order directly through https://www.futuresalad.com, you hereby consent to these stated terms.
Assumption Of Risk
By placing an order with Future Salad, you assume all risks relating to the shipping process from the moment your parcel is handed over and shipped out from our warehouse, by our logistic partners.
Should you still have any issues regarding your shipment, please liaise and contact the logistic company directly with your tracking information for further assistance.

Custom policies vary among countries, and your parcels may be subjected to import duties and taxes. I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and once the order is processed, the items in the order cannot be changed.
Once the order and payment confirmed, we are unable to intercept it or change any delivery details.
